A digital renewal in the healthcare sector

For Livio, we developed two Umbraco websites and supported various online marketing activities. 

The biggest challenge in our collaboration was to serve Livio’s diverse target groups effectively. One target group is the digitally savvy elderly, while the other is caregivers. These two different groups have distinct information needs and require different approaches. Additionally, increasing regional brand awareness for Livio among these (potential) target groups was challenging.

At the beginning of 2020, Livio chose a new strategy, which naturally included a new website. The existing website was outdated and lacked coherence among the many informational pages. The task was to rethink the customer journey based on the new strategy, ensuring that the various target groups could easily find the correct information on the website.

Both websites function excellently. For Livio, simplicity and user-friendliness are central, both for the front-end and the back-end of the website. With the Umbraco CMS, all employees in our organization can easily make changes. Thanks to data analyses, we know that we are generating high-quality website visitors with the new site. Using Google Data Studio's online dashboard, all marketing employees can monitor the website and campaign performance. From the data, we know that the number of job-related searches has increased by 36%, and the number of applications via the website has risen by 65.5% compared to the previous year.

Livio: specialist in elderly care

Livio is a healthcare provider specializing in elderly care. In the wider area of Enschede, Livio increases the well-being of clients with great attention to personal autonomy. In addition to elderly care, Livio also provides care for people with psychiatric issues or physical disabilities.

Future developments

Even after the new website's launch, our online marketing team remains active, providing SEO support and conversion optimization. Additionally, Orange Juice also runs online recruitment campaigns for Livio.
